Mark the cut and clamp the stone or paver to a stable work surface.
Position the paver place the paver on the saw sled making sure it is resting fully against the back lip of the sled.
Although it takes a much deeper cutting depth than 1 4 inch to cut through a paver with a circular saw starting with a shallow cutting depth prevents the saw s blade from binding and kicking.

Cutting hollow concrete block next chip away the waste after scoring remove the concrete to one side of the line using increasingly hard whacks of a hand sledge.
Depending on the thickness of the concrete you may have to raise the blade and cut through only a portion of the paver.
Cut the block allowing the saw and blade to do most of the work don t apply too much force.
Turn on the saw turn on the saw.

Set up workhorses or preferably a work stand with adjustable sides to secure the pavers.
																	Power saw and concrete blade.
These saws are especially handy on stone pavers which can be time.
A circular saw with a masonry blade can also be used to either score or completely cut through the block.
